Flying Ace Express Car Wash

PSA I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING CAR WASH PASSES FROM THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY!! I have purchased a VIP premium pass which was over $100. The first day I came through the woman that sold me my membership does all everything goes through your car check it before they put you through. they are required to inspect the vehicle, which they do a walk around before they allow it to enter the car wash which they can alter the brushes as needed, which on that particular day the hole in the driver side quarter panel in the rear, which has been there since the winter time there’s nothing hanging or flapping it’s just a hole there is a little damage to the front of my car where there’s a crack in the bumper, never said anything about that. We went through all the brushes were on no further damage happen. We have continued to come through every single day since we got the pass and we only had an issue now when we come Through when the employee Maya is working. She sent me through one day didn’t say anything like hey ma’am, you know this is per policy. Nothing she just turned all the Brush brushes off I literally went through a car wash with squirting soap and water on my car with no brush activ

It gave my car swirl marks and small scratches everywhere and dulled the mirror-like perfect paint my car had prior to coming here. I'd have to get the paint corrected to get the like new look back. I learned a lesson. I should have only used brushless car washes since I worked so hard to get a mirror like shine that I have now lost. 🙄

Prepare yourself before visiting. The aggressive upselling of the memberships is out of control. Even when you politely say “no thank you” they’re still pushing you to get it. I come once a month, at most. It’s not worth it. I don’t need to explain myself why to someone. Train your staff to read the room and back off when someone respectfully says no. Unfortunately, I will not be returning again. After 5 times to defend my choices I’m done.

I have a membership and come to the Airway location multiple times per week. I am a long time customer and will continue to be. I tend to look for their emails that offer discounts on 3 month memberships at a time and never have any issues.

Never returning to this carwash, or any Flying Ace, for that matter. You get locked into line. They have one line for cash and two lines for memberships. All you need to do to avoid the long line for cash customers is pull into one of the short membership lines and wait for a worker to feed your entitlement. Once you finally get to the booth, you get a high pressure sales pitch to buy a membership or upgrade your single wash. Their best wash still leaves spots. Overall horrible experience.
